I grow, roast, blend, and bottle every batch of Dave’s Hot Sauce right here in my Pflugerville backyard. What started as a gardening hobby turned into a full-on passion for peppers... Komodo Dragons, Ghostly Jalapeños, biquinhos, habaneros, jalapeños, serranos, you name it. I grow them, experiment with them, and turn them into small-batch sauces with real heat and real flavor.
My process is simple: homegrown ingredients, careful roasting or charring, plenty of tasting, and no shortcuts. Smoke Show, Hot Head, and Greenhorn each come straight from the garden to the kitchen and into the bottle with a lot of care, and a lot of spice.
